Small group performance training is semi-private athletic training with 2-4 athletes per session, combining the individualization of 1-on-1 coaching with the competitive energy of a team environment. Each athlete follows their own program based on their sport, position, and goals, while training alongside peers at a similar level. This format is ideal for baseball athletes who want structured strength and conditioning with professional coaching at a more accessible price point than private sessions.

Every athlete in the group has their own program. The group format adds energy and accountability without sacrificing the individualization that gets results.

Individualized Programming

Every athlete has their own program built around their sport, position, injury history, and goals. No one-size-fits-all group workouts.

Maximum 4 Athletes Per Session

We cap groups at 4 athletes to ensure quality coaching and individualized attention. Most groups run 2-3 athletes.

VALD Technology Integration

Group sessions include access to our VALD force plate and dynamometer technology for objective strength and performance testing.

Team Packages Available

Baseball teams and sport teams can book group training packages. Contact us to discuss scheduling and pricing for team training.

Arm Care Integration

For baseball groups, arm care programming is integrated into every session. We manage throwing workload and build shoulder and elbow resilience.

Progress Tracking
