Each athlete follows their own program based on their sport, position, and goals, while training alongside peers at a similar level. This format is ideal for baseball athletes who want structured strength and conditioning with professional coaching at a more accessible price point than private sessions.

Individualized Programming
Every athlete has their own program built around their sport, position, injury history, and goals. No one-size-fits-all group workouts.
Maximum 4 Athletes Per Session
We cap groups at 4 athletes to ensure quality coaching and individualized attention. Most groups run 2-3 athletes.
VALD Technology Integration
Group sessions include access to our VALD force plate and dynamometer technology for objective strength and performance testing.
Team Packages Available
Baseball teams and sport teams can book group training packages. Contact us to discuss scheduling and pricing for team training.
Arm Care Integration
For baseball groups, arm care programming is integrated into every session. We manage throwing workload and build shoulder and elbow resilience.
Progress Tracking
Every athlete's progress is tracked objectively. You see the data, you understand the plan, and you know exactly where you are in the process.
