For baseball players, this includes return-to-throw protocols, return-to-hitting progressions, and sport-specific conditioning that rebuilds the capacity to perform at full intensity. A proper return-to-sport program uses objective criteria (strength ratios, power output, movement quality scores) rather than arbitrary timelines to determine clearance.

Return-to-Throw (Baseball)
A structured 6-12 week throwing program that progresses distance, intensity, and volume. Used after shoulder or elbow injuries, post-surgical rehab, or extended throwing breaks. We monitor mechanics, arm fatigue, and pain throughout.
Return-to-Pitch
For pitchers specifically, this program extends beyond return-to-throw to include mound work, pitch counts, and game-speed progressions. We coordinate with your coach on workload management.
Return-to-Run & Field Sports
For soccer, football, lacrosse, and other field sport athletes. Includes linear speed, change of direction, and reactive agility progressions with force plate testing at key milestones.
Return-to-Golf
Golf-specific return-to-sport program for golfers recovering from back injuries, hip surgery, or shoulder procedures. Includes rotational loading progressions and swing mechanics assessment.
ACL Return-to-Sport Testing
Comprehensive force plate and hop testing battery to assess your readiness to return to cutting, pivoting, and sport. We measure limb symmetry index (LSI) and reactive strength to make the clearance call.
General Return-to-Activity
For active adults returning to recreational sports, gym training, or general fitness after injury or surgery. We build a progressive program that matches your goals and activity level.
