Sport-specific strength and conditioning is performance training designed around the biomechanical demands of a particular sport. For baseball athletes, this means programming that develops rotational power, arm deceleration strength, hip mobility, and explosive lower body force production. Unlike general fitness training, sport-specific S&C uses objective performance data (force plates, velocity tracking, VALD testing) to identify weaknesses and measure progress toward sport-relevant benchmarks.

WHAT WE TRAIN

BUILT FOR YOUR SPORT

Every sport has different physical demands. We build programs that match those demands exactly.

Rotational Power (Baseball & Golf)

Hip-to-shoulder separation, rotational strength, and power development for athletes who throw, swing, or rotate. We use force plate testing to measure your rotational output and build a program to improve it.

Lower Body Strength & Power

Squat, hinge, and single-leg strength for athletes who need to generate force from the ground. Force plate testing measures your limb symmetry and power output.

Shoulder & Arm Care

Rotator cuff strength, scapular stability, and elbow health for overhead athletes. Integrated into every program for throwing athletes.

Speed & Explosiveness

Linear speed, first-step quickness, and reactive agility for athletes who need to be faster on the field.

Mobility & Movement Quality

Hip mobility, thoracic rotation, and ankle mobility are assessed and trained. Movement quality is the foundation of performance and injury prevention.

Energy System Development

Sport-specific conditioning that matches the energy demands of your sport. Baseball athletes train for explosive, repeated efforts. Soccer athletes train for aerobic capacity and repeated sprint ability.
