WHY VALEN

A CLEAR WAY TO EVALUATE YOUR OPTIONS.

Choosing a sports rehab provider should come down to clear questions: who evaluates you, how progress is measured, how the plan connects to your sport, and whether the same clinician stays involved.

What Sets Valen Apart

Full-Hour Sessions, Every Time

The clinical evaluation is a dedicated 60-minute visit with Dr. Keagan Barrett. Ongoing recommendations are based on the athlete's needs and plan.

Measured Decisions

Valen uses objective testing when it can answer a useful clinical or performance question. Numbers guide decisions, but they do not replace clinical judgment.

Rehab-to-Performance Continuum

Rehab is the primary service. As the athlete earns each gate, the plan can progress into the strength, power, speed, and sport exposure required for competition.

One Clinician, Full Continuity

Every athlete works directly with Dr. Keagan Barrett, DPT, COMT. The same clinician evaluates the problem, coaches the plan, interprets the data, and guides the return to performance.

Strength and Conditioning Integration

Strength and conditioning are added according to the athlete's current stage. The purpose is to rebuild the capacity required for training and competition.

Your Program, Always Accessible

The patient app keeps assigned work and exercise demonstrations available between sessions. Program updates are made as the plan progresses.

Athletes Valen Works With
